NetBSD/i386

i'm trying to work with webcams, for which i installed the qcamview package. the kernel recognizes the device and reports the following:

ugen1 at uhub0 port 1
ugen1: Logitech QuickCam for Notebook Pro, rev 1.10/0.00, addr 2

But when i am trying to execute qcamview it reports:

Not found Quickcam, or Permission denied

Can anyone help?
