Hi
I tried using an escalade 9500s-8 serial ata raid controller with netbsd-2-0.

The kernel reported that the device was not configured:
"3ware product 0x1002 (Raid mass storage) at pci2 dev 10 function 0 not 
configured"

Has anyone experience with these controllers? How easy would it be to 
include support for the 9000 series controllers. My understanding is that 
thse are simply a performance upgrade of the 8000 series cards....
