	I didn't have to rerun build.sh.  I was able to run

./build.sh -D /path/to/dist install=/
	
	successfully.  I wasn't able to find anyone else with problems 
building X when I did a search of the mailing lists.  I'm going to 
erase my copy of xsrc and fetch a new one and see if that solves the 
problem.
