People may agree or disagree with you on that, but the fact remains that
our bsd mk system is being very inconsistent here, calling lint on libs but
not on programs.  I'd really like to see this changed, either by removing t=
he
libs linting or by adding the program linting.

Especially since the NetBSD sources aren't the only ones using the system.

BTW, should this be taken to another, more appropriate list or is users fin=
e?
