I got apcupsd-3.10.13 compiled with --enable-usb, but I didn't try it.
Unfortunably, it doesn't compile without threads, and doesn't run with
pth on 1.6.2, so it's stalled for now.
I just hope someone will have --without-threads working again for 3.10.14 :)
