I looked at both recently.  The USB support is linux specific.  It
looked like if you were someone who was familiar with USB and NetBSD's
usb drivers it wouldn't take much to port apcupsd at least.  Unfortunately
I'm not familiar with either USB or NetBSD's usb drivers.
