Actually, I did. Build finished without a problem after I removed it. If it
is no longer working or applicable, then it should be removed from the
src/bin Makefiles and elsewhere. No notice at all in UPDATING.

Apparently these two OPENSSL_ man pages don't exist? Otherwise, everything
