IIRC, as I imported ast-ksh, the build procedure needed Pdksh (==
/bin/ksh on NetBSD).  You can find the reason & what's needed to be
done to extend the ONLY_FOR_PLATFORM scope.  See the Makefile.common.

Any patch and test report are welcomed. :-)
