	Which model NCD 16" monochrome xtermial?  The NCD16P1?  

	Anyway, I've got a copy of NCDware 3.3.2 on tape around
here that will boot the critters.  For that matter, at least one
of my systems still has the entire boot configuration in
/tftpboot... (hmm, I haven't booted any of the NCD's in about
three years..)

	Contact me off list to arrange a drop.. (It'll take a
day or so to dig out the tape/cd images, I suspect.)
