 In my opinion, #netbsd on IRCNet has simply not had the need, since the
 channel is still very friendly and hasn't aquired that (well, flame me
 if you like) elitist way of the forementioned examples.
 Both technical discussion and newbie help seems to coexist just fine.
 Even if we direct people to manuals alot ;-)

 Maybe I'm mistaken though..
