may be - in case of RAID1 or RAID0+RAID1 this way:

1) detach second drive from each pair in raidframe
2) shutdown
3) configure hardware RAID to be RAID1 with absent second drives in pair
(should be possible)
4) boot and copy data from raidframe drive to hardware RAID drive
5) shutdown
6) add second drives of pairs to RAID hardware.
7) boot again
