Grip is ok if you have a slow CD drive that you are reading audio
from. For fast 24x drives (like the Plextor-708A), grip is so slow
between tracks that the drive actually spins down.  Things like abcde
do a much better job of streaming the audio and will ultimately be
much less abusive to the CD reader.
