	this is due to netbsd-local extension keyword 'tag' (see
	gnu/dist/cvs/src/parseinfo.c), and has nothing to do with cvs master
	distribution itself.  it is netbsd changes that is causing interop
	problem, not the cvs master distribution.
	HOW DARE YOU BLAME ME FOR IMPORTING NEW VERSION OF CVS?
