I tried following kernel:
NetBSD tupoun 1.6.2_RC1 NetBSD 1.6.2_RC1 (GENERIC) #0: Thu Oct 30 14:22:41
UTC 2003
autobuild@tgm.netbsd.org:/autobuild/netbsd-1-6-PATCH002-RC1/i386/OBJ/autobui
ld/netbsd-1-6-PATCH002-RC1/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC i386
But the problem remains the same. Is there any possibility to solve this
another way(setting some vars in kernel etc...)?
Thanks.
Jirka

It means the adapter failed to perform an operation in a timely manner.
This is usually related to interrupts problems.
You may want to try a newer kernel from
ftp://releng.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/netbsd-1-6-PATCH002-RC1/
