But the problem remains the same. Is there any possibility to solve this
another way(setting some vars in kernel etc...)?

It means the adapter failed to perform an operation in a timely manner.
This is usually related to interrupts problems.
You may want to try a newer kernel from
ftp://releng.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/netbsd-1-6-PATCH002-RC1/
