I've been trying to build netbsd-current on both a solaris-2.6/sparc
with gcc-2.95.1 and on a solaris-2.8/sparc with the sun pro compiler.
I'm trying the build with:

 ./build.sh -m sparc64 -T /build/tools -D /build/destdir.sparc64 \
      -R /build/release/sparc64 -u release

additionally on the gcc machine, I set HOST_CC=gcc.

On the solaris-2.6 box I've hit a few snags and filed PR's but got stuck
with file(1) not building (when building the toolchain).

On the solaris-2.8 box I got into the gcc build (cross toolchain), and
got:

"/src-netbsd-current/tools/gcc/../../gnu/dist/gcc/gcc/cp/cp-tree.h",
line 32: #error: "You should be using'make bootstrap' -- see
installation instructions" cc: acomp failed
for/src-netbsd-current/tools/gcc/../../gnu/dist/gcc/gcc/cp/call.c

Did I kick off this build with the correct options? Any ideas as to
whats missing on the solaris-2.8 build?

Thanks
-Dan
