bootx_ufs bootxx_ffsv1 are effectivley identical.
Luke has removed the former in order to avoid confusion.

The is a little problem about what UFS means.
Luke and I think that ffs is an implementaton of UFS, ffsv2 is
a slighlty different implementation (as is appleufs).
So the 'new' version should be called ffsv2, not UFS2.
This is consistent with having mount_ffs (not mount_ufs) etc.

FreeBSD seem to have called it UFS2 though :-(
