Subject: apache doesn't start up

hi,
apache has been running for some month now and after i stopped it yesterday it doesn't start
up but gives me this error (in the log file):

my disk usage is as follows:

$ df -im

i'm using NetBSD 1.6.1_STABLE on i386
so can anybody give me some hints on what might be wrong/missing/broken?
