I have magicpoint, and I've used it.  I don't find it to be that great, 
as a rule, but it's not useful at all when I need Powerpoint for some 
other reason.  (For some of my talks, I'm using some random Windoze box 
as the display engine.  For those, I need either Powerpoint or PDF.)
