	I received this error message after attempting to view the man page 
for tcsh

netdaemon% man tcsh
man: Formatting manual page...
troff: fatal error: can't find macro file an

	This same error appears whenever I try and view pages from any 
programs I installed via package_add or pkgsrc.  When I attempt the 
same command as root, I get these man pages without any problems.  Any 
idea what the problem might be?
	The same thing happens after I rebooted the system after having 
installed all the new binaries.
