Not really. Back when 1.5.2 was released, it was kept in the
"3RDPARTY" file in the "doc" module, which wasn't tagged or
associated with the release in any way. Lately, that file lives in
"src/doc", in the base system sources, so you should be able to get
it with the sources for the next release.
