Good day.

  I'm trying to run Linux binaries of Sim City 3000 on NetBSD 1.6, but
it's very-very slow.  It uses SDL as far as I know.
Incidentally the machine that's running NetBSD is a bit faster than my
other machine that's running Linux.  On Linux it's a bit slow (because of
the slow CPU), and it's why I want to run it on NetBSD.
  I know there was a similar thread on NetBSD lists, but is it still
impossible to play ``modern games'' on NetBSD?..
