I downloaded pkgsrc.tar.gz and put all the files in
/usr/pkgsrc/

then
cd /usr/pkgsrc/misc/openoffice-linux
then
make install

the installer attempt to find then download
OOo_1.0.2_LinuxIntel_install.tar.gz

It couldn't download as I'm behind a proxy firewall,
so I downloaded the file manually.

Where do I put the file so that the installer can find
it ?

Is there a way to make the installer be able to ftp
through a proxy ?
