PDP-11 is a 16-bit machine, so the answer is "no".  there is ongoing
work to port NetBSD to PDP-10, though :).  see

yes, it's possible to run NetBSD/vax in simh.  i have one myself.  see
http://NetBSD.org/Ports/vax/emulator-howto.html for more details.
