Simple. Look at your /etc/rc, you should have a line like:
files=$(rcorder -s nostart ${rc_rcorder_flags} /etc/rc.d/*)
This orders rc.d scripts according dependencies. But it only looks at
/etc/rc.d/* scripts. Just put that instead :
files=$(rcorder -s nostart ${rc_rcorder_flags} /etc/rc.d/* /usr/pkg/etc/rc.d/*)
And add <what_you_need>=YES in your /etc/rc.conf.
