I did it :)

I believe the problem is that X11R6's "uxterm" script is too smart. It
construts a LC_CTYPE from your locale; for example, if you're using
ja_JP.eucJP, it will try to change to ja_JP.UTF-8. But the only UTF-8=20
locale in NetBSD is en_US.UTF-8.

Is that correct? I'll write a longer explanation of what I did and the=20
scripts I'm using in my tutorial.
