I'm not using the storageapi. I'm also using inn-2.2.3 since inn-2.3.x
(last time I tried it, like, last year) didn't work on the Alpha. My
news server isn't open to the 'net and everyone with an account is
a friend, so I'm not worried about it. 

I'd kick in other config files, but I'm not really sure what files
matter here.
