I have just upgraded my system to NetBSD-1.6.0.
I noticed a problem with pkgdb.byfile.db (posted in tech-pkg).

I was told about a problem with pkg-tools, and that I should
cvs the latest copy of ./pkgtools/pkg_install to fix the
problem and re-run 'pkg_admin rebuild' on the database.

NOW CVS does not want to get stuff off of anoncvs.netbsd.org!
I just cvs'd mailcrypt of SourceForge -- so apparently something
is going right. IS there something else I should be watching for?
Was I supposed to bring a file out of etc.OLD? Or did the 
procedure change again? Or should I recompile CVS?
