Sources are changed, but the binaries and sources tar files in
pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.6/ are not changed (this is what has been called
"NetBSD 1.6" and should not be changed).
You can get up-to-date sources from sup or cvs, and binaries from
ftp://releng/netbsd.org/
