Hello,

I've tried building mozilla (latest from CVS, over the last week) with a
variety of configuration options, and every build results in a very nice
looking browser which fails instantly on a connect operation with a bogus
"connection refused" error. If I download the HTML (e.g. via lynx) and
open it as a file, it works fine. I can verify with tcpdump that it isn't
even sending a packet; the "connection refused" is instantaneous.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
