in your supfile:

anoncvs release=all \
        host=sup.NetBSD.org \
        hostbase=/ftp/pub \
        base=/cvs prefix=/cvs/NetBSD delete use-rel-suffix compress

adjust host, base and prefix to closer mirrors, and local directories.
