doesn't work.

from what i found:

1) starting  altqd while pppd already negotiated everything works fine
2) renegotiation of IP addresses or other things while ALTQ works results
in system freeze and/or reset.


as i found in archives similar problem were solved for 1.5.2 and i found
this patch are already applied.

any ideas?
