Subject: ahc or disk problem?

One of my co-workers sent me the following mail. Does this show
a problem with the driver for ahc?

----
I'm getting disk errors on a pair of Dell 1650 servers owned by Telecom.
They are running NetBSD 1.6_BETA4. Following this will be two syslog
fragments, the first is the disk errors thrown off and the second is the
messages logged at boot time.
