Hi all,

So I've been using the rtty package to connect from one machine to
several others serial ports. Now I replaced one machine, and the rtty
for that machine doesn't work anymore.

To visualize:

Before:

                  +---- old machine a
                  +---- machine b
   rtty server ---+---- machine c
                  +---- machine d

All this worked fine. Now that "old machine a" has become "new machine
a", this connection no longer works. The cable's are fine, switching
them around doesn't make a difference.

The serial port on the new machine works with the same standard settings
as the other (and the old) ones (9600 baud, wordsize=8, parity=none).

Is there anything I could have forgotten on machine a to enable ?

I'm profoundly puzzled...

Any help is appreciated.
-Jan

Except most of the good bits were about frogs, I remember that.
You would not believe some of the things about frogs.
