I just CVSd the pkgsrc tree. I noticed that if xmd is running
this is not possible (cant set CVSROOT and CVS_RSH).
If I shortcircuit xdm by turning wscons off and start X
with "startx -- -bpp 32" I have no probs. WHY IS THAT?
HOW DO I DO THIS FROM UNDER XDM?

Also I can't su and start SAINT, and SARA which run mozilla
as root --
I must logout an login as root...(under XDM)
