I have tried to cvs the pkgsrc tree 3x in the last 2 days; I keep getting this
message:

# cvs -q update -dP
cvs -q update -dP
anoncvs.netbsd.org: Connection refused
cvs [update aborted]: end of file from server (consult above messages if any)
# 

Has something changed in the last week, or is the server whacked?
