Hi,

Has anyone got a suggestion of a tool I can use to sync an FTP site (my www 
site upload) with a local directory ( ~/www ) on my system?  The remote site 
doesnt support anything fancy like rsync unfortunately.  It's also too large 
to reupload every time over a 28.8k, so an intelligent tool would be nice.

This has to be run unattended from a script / cron job btw as its uploaded 
nightly.
