Reading Packages.txt, setting PREFIX to /usr is NOT recommended. And I
prefer the way it's now :)

I've used Debian several years, which places everything in /usr. I find
it ok, because it's linux hehe... but with BSD, which are "integrated"
systems, I like to keep /usr with the basic system, /usr/pkg with
my packages and /usr/local with my non-pkgsrc packages :) Quite clear.

Maybe when all the base system uses syspkg it will be different, but for
now, I like this approach.
