Am I missing something? For the mumble years that I've used pkgsrc to
compile teTeX-bin, it's _always_ bombed out while compiling dvi2xx.c
due to the non-predefined "unix" macro.

Such a trivially easy to patch bug in such a popular package can't
exist for all these years, can it?
