My laptop (a Thinkpad T21) is running 1.5.3 Alpha, with a kernel
compiled from recent source. I had a Lucent wireless card in one slot,
and I tried inserting a compact flash card. wi0 started giving weird
error messages indicative of a resource problem. I ifconfig'ed it
down, removed and reinserted it, and all was fine. I can understand
that sort of problem with the card inserted second, but not with the
card inserted first. I've used the two cards together quite frequently.
