I need a open source driver for performing the following. May times this
product comes with
a terminal server from the manufacturer but I need an open source driver
for:

	1) Creating a /dev/tty entry which when opened connects to a dns/port
combination
	via reverse telnet
	2) I need it to run on AIX V4/V5 for sure, but NetBSD V1.5.x as well will
be
	required in the near future.

Anyone know of such a driver. I can find many products offering serial ports
as reverse
telnet type ports for others to connect too but I need the tty to terminal
server reverse
telnet type.
