There is no remaining box, however the above card has one each coaxial input
connector for FM and TV
and S-Video input for camcorder hookup(S-Video to RCA jack connector as well).
Also 2 small audio in and out jacks. This card was purchased retail new in
July01 from local mass retailer. Software was on Cdrom for win98/2000-chucked
with the box(WinTv1?).

This is a model WinTv 401, older card no coaxial FM input just  coaxial TV
input , No S-video input just red/white/yellow RCA camcorder jacks. If you want
to use fxtv (camcorder download) the WinTv card must have s-video our
equivalent inputs. Some of these cards are only for TV or FM radio use.
