same time i found case of my freezes. it was PS/2 connector (found it as
before another crash i've seen kernel errors about PS/2).
cleaning it and reinserting helped...

anyway it's strange that PS2 mouse problem can freeze machine (but manual
removing and reconnecting it can do it too)
