You redirect incoming connections to 127.0.0.1 and try to catch them on
192.168.1.1? Do you really do? Then it can't work :) Start your ircproxy
listening on 127.0.0.1. _ANY_ connection to 192.168.1.1 will be redirected
there according to your rule.
