Subject: cvs update problem (1.5 branch)

I went to /usr/src and did 'cvs update -P -d'. It died with this
message:
cvs [server aborted]: cannot open directory /cvsroot/basesrc/dist/am-utils/aux: No such file or directory
I understand why a directory named 'aux' is being removed (!@#$% MS
braindamage). Do I need to remove am-utils and retry? Or does someone
need to fix something on the server?
