This might be true, but if you've signed contract #1 for the express
purpose of re-selling the purchased service under contract #2 then you
should have made sure contract #1 was compliant with your local laws,
given the purpose you have in mind. That's why you really do always
need legal representation when forming a business contract of any
potential importance.
