Subject: boot failed! help!!

Everytime my netbsd box failed to boot with the following error:

uvm_fault(0xd05502f, 0x0, 0, 1) -> 1
kernel: page fault trap, code 0
Stopped in dev_mkdb at checkalias +0x56: cwpl 0xc(%edx), %ecx

May I know the solution to this??
