Is there some X 4.1 parameter I can use to debounce mouse button 
presses?  The XF86Config man page was silent on the subject.  Here is 
the relevant section; note especially that I'm using Emulate3Buttons:

Section "InputDevice"
        Identifier  "Mouse0"
        Driver      "mouse"
        Option      "Protocol" "wsmouse"
        Option      "Device" "/dev/wsmouse"
