I'm having some problems integrating the new Sendmail 8.11.6nb1 into my
system. My mail is getting delivered and I'm also able to send out mail,
but it seems that there are a few files that seem redundant. I have the
following in /etc:

/etc/sendmail.cf
/etc/aliases
/etc/mailer.conf

I also have the following in /etc/mail which is the new directory for
configuration files in the new Sendmail.

/etc/mail/sendmail.cf
/etc/mail/aliases

I've changed /etc/mailer.conf to the following,

sendmail /usr/pkg/libexec/sendmail/sendmail
send-mail same as above
mailq same as above
newaliases same as above

The system seems to look first for /etc/sendmail.cf instead of for
/etc/mail/sendmail.cf. I have the line in /etc/rc.conf

sendmail=yes 	sendmail_flags="-bd -q30m"

Is there a way to get the system to look for the new Sendmail
configuration files so I can delete the old ones?
