Subject: Letting non-root users have access to the CD-ROM

Greetings again. I have just found the package-of-the-month 
(pkgsrc/audio/abcde), and it looks very spiffy. However, I would love 
to run it as a regular user, not as root, but it needs to have access 
to /dev/rcd0d. This is on a single-user system so I am not at all 
worried about multiple people trying to get access to the CD-ROM. How 
do I make /dev/rcd0d accessible to non-root folks?
