I've found a quick and dirty trick that seems working: just create
symlinks to /usr/src.

For example:

# ln -s /usr/src /usr/sharesrc
# ln -s /usr/src /usr/gnusrc

Now, a cvusp of netbsd-gnusrc and netbsd-sharesrc runs ok (a long
first pass is necessary). Same with syssrc (don't forget refuse files
if you don't want download all kernel archs).

If you have a better solution, please, let me know.
